Meet Kat
Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
Hi, I’m Kat, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and I am a huge believer in the power of real food. I help women and men who are frustrated with their confusing symptoms and want to learn how to heal in a different way.
I believe that health and happiness are achievable for YOU and are worth working for. I strongly believe in the power of nutritional therapy, and its focus on bio-individuality, which simply means YOUR body is unique. What works for someone else won’t necessarily work for you. I can help you figure out what works best for you.
I’ve had several passions over the years – I am also a musician and a teacher. I’ve spent over a decade cultivating my creativity and learning how to listen intently.
Attentive listening and creative problem solving are crucial to unlocking those confusing symptoms. I listen to you, to your history, and to what your body is trying to tell you. These are the attributes I bring to my work as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
My mission as a Nutritional Therapist is to inspire, educate, and support mindful healing so you can live more fully and do more of the things you love to do.

More About My Story
I first became interested in nutrition back in 2007 when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Together, we dove headfirst into researching cancer-fighting foods and different immune boosting diets, reading tons of books, trying out new foods, and focusing on healing through food. From there my curiosity kept growing. (My mom is now happily cancer-free and thriving!).
My own personal experience with doctors and nutrition really drove the point home too– I used to experience painful bloating and terrible digestion accompanied with weight gain and chronic acne when I was in college. I remember thinking .... this can’t be normal!
And I’m here to tell you that it’s NOT normal!
Most doctors either don’t have time to dive into your symptoms, or they simply are not trained in nutrition. As a result, more often than not, doctors will prescribe a prescription to cover up symptoms. (Doctors are amazing at what they do – but there’s often so much left uncovered!!)
If you’re ready to start discovering the root cause of your symptoms, ready to work with someone who will help you listen to what your body is telling you, then you are ready for nutritional therapy. You’re ready for more energy to do the things you love most!
