Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Hi, I’m Kat, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a huge believer in the power of healing with food. As a musician and music teacher in my previous career, I know how to truly listen. I’m here to help you learn to listen to your body so you can have more energy and do more of the things you love to do. 

Simple changes can be extremely powerful. I listen deeply to each one of my clients to create a unique set of nutrition recommendations for your unique body. We go over the plan together to align with your way of building new habits. Each person is different and there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to nutrition!

My mission is to help you feel better, have more energy, and manage symptoms so you can do more of the things you love to do in life.
