Hi, I’m Kat, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a huge believer in the power of whole foods. I’m here to help you learn to listen to your body so you can begin healing, live a nourishing life and do more of the things you love to do. 

 

I help people who are frustrated with their confusing symptoms and who want to learn how to heal in a different way. We are not destined for aches and pains, heart disease and diabetes as we age! Inflammation, chronic pain and irritable digestive symptoms don’t have to be the norm. No matter what you are going through right now, focusing on mindful eating and your own self care can–and will–help manage your symptoms. 

 

I strongly believe in the power of Nutritional Therapy, and its focus on bio-individuality, which simply means YOUR body is unique. What works for someone else won’t necessarily work for you. I can help you figure out what works best for you.
